Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a consultation to understand your brand’s vision, goals, and unique needs. This initial meeting ensures we’re aligned and ready to create the perfect visual narrative for your brand.
2. Booking & Contract
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and booking form. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date and our collaboration. This step formalizes our partnership and sets the stage for a smooth, professional experience.
3. Planning & Strategy
We dive deep into planning your shoot, discussing everything from locations and props to the style and feel of the imagery. This is also the perfect time to create a detailed shot list and mood board to ensure we capture every aspect of your brand. We’ll collaborate closely to craft a visual strategy that perfectly aligns with your brand identity.
4. Check-Ins
Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure everything is on track. Whether it’s discussing new ideas or confirming details, these touchpoints keep us aligned. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or updates.
5. The Photoshoot
On the day of the shoot, I’ll be there to guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. Whether we’re capturing in-action shots, location imagery, or personalized stock photos, my focus is on creating stunning visuals that reflect your brand. My aim is to make the experience enjoyable and seamless, so your authenticity shines through.
6. Post-Shoot Preview
Within a week of the shoot, you’ll receive a few sneak peeks to get a glimpse of the magic we created. This initial preview allows you to see the direction and quality of the images while building excitement for the full gallery.
7. Final Delivery
Approximately 4-6 weeks after the shoot, you’ll receive your full gallery, beautifully curated and ready to elevate your brand. Your gallery will also include options for prints and other products to showcase your new imagery. Each image is carefully edited to ensure it meets the highest standards, providing you with versatile assets that can be used across all platforms.
8. Ongoing Support
Even after the shoot, I’m here to support you. Whether you need additional images or have new projects in mind, I’m dedicated to helping your brand grow and succeed. Our relationship doesn’t end with the delivery of images; I’m invested in your brand’s ongoing success and am always available for future collaborations or consultations.
